Guys I got an apprenticeship at this local glass shop.
I'm gonna learn how to blow glass! For free!
And get work experience!!
And most importantly, MAKE ART!
So excited. This is just too perfect.
The pieces I make will also be part of my 3D AP art portfolio, which is one of three AP art portfolios I'll be submitting this year.
It's gonna be so much work. But oh my god it's going to be so wonderful <3

Okay so today was so good I just have to write a journal about it. I visited Goddard College on their visit day thing.
I love Goddard so much oh my god. They have every.single.thing I have ever wanted to study. And it's in Port Townsend, which is close. And the drive there, oh my god, it's so beautiful.
When I got there I got really lost but then found my way and there was just this huge room with a tiny circle of like 10 people in the corner, and all the people were super weirdly dressed.
THEN I got to attend an analog workshop and we went outside and took polaroids for most of the class, and there were madronas everywhere and it was so am

Snoop Lion

I am rarely compelled to write about music, but Snoop Lion has brought me far too much joy to keep quiet.
So, before I knew why he changed his name, I thought "Snoop Lion" was pretty stupid.
But then I watched this documentary about it. And like. Oh my.
It kind of showed me not to judge before I hear the story, y'know?
He was reincarnated from a hardcore (but highly talented and legendary) rap gansta dude,
into a peace-loving, hippie-ass reggae artist.
And I think that's just so damn cool.
Not only is his story of spiritual awakening inspiring, but the album that was produced from it is one of the greatest albums I've listened to, ever. I
